The primary understanding of consultancy is based on problems that are important to people: emotionally-motivating sphere and development of it.
Re-evaluation counselling is a method that helps to solve problems of emotional nature while working in pairs or groups.
First, solution comes by understanding the nature of emotions, second – by being aware of your trail of thought and third – by changing behaviour model. FEELING < THINKING < DOING
The program was made by/with combining three methods of practical psychology: re-evaluation counselling (Harvey Jackins, USA), process work (Arnold Mindell, USA), and psychological counselling (A. L. Lihtarnikov, E. N. Chesnokova, Russia).
Re-evaluation counselling is a powerful instrument for both individual and professional growth.
